| The product was unable to be stacked inside common carrier
trailers or unloaded at the job site by the carrier. As a result,
construction field supervisors were required to coordinate
forklift rentals and provide material handling equipment such
as a pallet jack, dollies, drywall carts, straps, slings, etc., at the
job site. Packaging material and crating costs were exorbitant.
Scheduled appointments to meet union labor unloading crews
was undependable.

| Equipped 53' flat floor semi-trailers with automated cranes
capable of lifting 8000-pounds. Use of the cranes allowed us to
deliver the product from the trailer to the ground at the job site.
Each trailer was also equipped with the proper dollies, carts,
pallet jacks, and interior van equipment that were formerly the responsibility of the job site superintendent. Carrier drivers are
called 24 hours in advance to confirm exact delivery time to
meet the union crews.

| Supervisors are no longer responsible for providing material
handling equipment. Utilizing the trailer-equipped crane
increased the safety of union crew members by eliminating the
need for crews to lift, handle and remove the product from the
trailer to ground before placing it in the building. The customer
reduced costs, improved their safety program and increased job satisfaction of field personnel.
