| The customer was continuously paying higher costs
to movers requiring liftgate trailers with side doors.
One piece of the product needed to come out the
side doors while all of the other pieces came off via
the liftgate. As liftgate trailers with side doors are at
a premium, the cost to the customer was reflected in
pricing. This procedure also required a forklift to
remove the product from the trailer nesessitating
additional costs, time and labor.

| Offered to deliver all pieces of the shipment with a crane van. Previously, the product piece needing to be unloaded through a side door was too bulky and
heavy for a liftgate. The 8,000-pound lifting capacity of the crane easily allowed the product to be lifted from within the trailer and placed on the ground for
the installation crew to roll inside the hospital.
